The possession of knowledge does not kill the sense of wonder and mystery. There is always more mystery. ~ Anais Nin
Resources for understanding are everywhere. One of the benefits of not narrowing my focus to a single discipline is that I can find something of use from almost everyone who knows horses. This is a page about the ideas, both abstract and material, that have shaped my thinking. I sense it will become a mixed-media hodgepodge, but that’s just a reflection of life, which doesn’t come in neat diagonals and measured strides. My experience working and learning with horses has shown me that it’s never a straight line from A to B, that if you’re too focused on the goal you may miss the gift, and that inspiration comes along just when you most need it but never in the form you expected.
